Payment.
A deposit of half (1/2) the charter price is required in order to
reserve your charter date. Final payment must be paid with cash,
travelers' checks, Visa or MasterCard or money order before departure.
Cancellation. A three (3) day
72 hour, cancellation notification is required either in writing
or by E-Mail. Although a date is reserved it will not be secured
until a deposit is received. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS
MADE WITH LESS THEN THREE DAYS (72 HOURS) NOTICE. The captain reserves
the right to cancel any trip on the bases of foul weather, high
seas or any other dangerous condition. Rain alone does not constitute
foul weather or dangerous conditions. In the event of cancellation
by the captain a full refund will be returned.
Personal Safety. The owners
of Performance Charters have taken the necessary precautions to
provide a safe boating experience, however the ocean has many variables.
The owners, managers and employees of Performance Charters are not,
under any circumstances, responsible for you personal safety. All
passengers board at their own risk. Existing medical conditions
should be brought to the attention of the Captain prior to boarding.
Restrictions. There is NO deposit
or rental fee for equipment but each angler is responsible for the
tackle he or she uses. Due to insurance restrictions No alcohol
is allowed on board. We operate a DRUG FREE VESSEL, ZERO TOLERANCE
is strictly enforced by U.S.C.G. and the owners of Performance Charters.
